As Executive Chairman and CEO, Rydrea sets the creative and strategic direction for every division of the company — from WGE Studios to WGEPlus to WGE Sports.

As a filmmaker, Rydrea has served as Executive Producer, Director, and Writer across WGE Studios projects including Erased and the Battle of Evil series, bringing a director's eye to the company's broader vision for accessible, authentic media.

Beyond WarriorsGate, Rydrea also leads Rydrea Walker Studios, a personal studio banner for passion projects and creative collaborations across film and digital media.

Rydrea's work is grounded in a simple belief: sign language is cinematic, Deaf stories deserve the big screen, and access should never be an afterthought.
